All was good 5 star from start until closing. Documents were not ready and it turned out I had to physically ally sign the documents. That was an inconvenience as I had taken time off work for the video sign only to be notified it had to be in person.
Todd, Kimberly and Clarke I give them a 15/10.they kept me updated on issues. Closing experience was smooth once the issues were resolved. They could have done better and known that I needed in person signature.

The mobile notary closer was very knowledgeable and made the transaction easy.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and nice. The process was very smooth and understandable. I will change this to a 5 star as soon as I receive my checks.

Technology was fast and efficient. Our notary was fantastic! Re-signing docs I already signed with Rocket Mortgage was annoying.

Our experience with the closing company during our mortgage process was extremely frustrating. We were asked to sign the same documents multiple times due to repeated errors and lack of organization. The closing date kept changing, which caused unnecessary stress and scheduling problems for our family. On top of that, the title process took much longer than expected, and communication was poor throughout the entire process. We were rarely given clear explanations about delays or what was happening with our file, leaving us constantly confused and having to chase down answers ourselves. Buying a home is already stressful enough, and we expected much better communication, transparency, and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend using this company, choose a local company to assist if possible.

Communicating was not easy, often left waiting for days without any communication. Constantly changing numbers to find out several different times that the numbers where inaccurate. Told money to close changed about once a week. Number ranged from 175$ to 43k.

The whole process was very informative. When I did talk to a person they answered my questions, without delay. However the On-line System was first class. It walked you through without issues. Would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone.

Rocket Mortage was always well prepared with any presentation or update to our mortgage request.

Information on how to do the process of loading and downloading needed documents was simple and clear. The agent was helpful and explained all that was needed to do.

Smooth process

The refinancing process was pretty easy. We closed quickly. The only thing is when we closed on our original mortgage, we were told Rocket would reach out when rates went down. That never happened. I had to reach out. That's the only negative I have.

Your fee to do this loan is ridiculous and ripping customers off. It's not enough on what you get for interest rates. Same goes for our house. No wonder big shots are flying around in private jets and owning sports teams.
