I would use Rocket again.
The first mortgage I got, it was seamless. Quick and no hassles. This one took a very long time and my original contact was not able to be reached most of the time when there were questions. It got completed, but I'm not happy about paper checks in this day and age and am nervous about using the mail to pay off creditors.

We got conflicting information every…
We got conflicting information every other day from JT. He used AI to answer questions and it was never helpful. We had 6 different closing dates. I have had several good experiences with this company but this time was horrible. I will never recommend them again.

I request thatRocket Mortgage send checks to my creditors! I went through a lot of trouble getting information from the creditors to send the checks so that was not a great experience!

Did not have a comfortable feeling about the whole experience. Paper work was not proof read before release. Also documents were removed without explanation.
