Was very easy to communicate and complete

We closed on the 6/5/26. Today is 6/9/26 and I still don't have my money.

The entire team was such a pleasure to work with.

Zero communication. I wasn't notified of a closing date until the day before closing. Simple questions would take days, sometimes weeks, to get a response. Often the response was something along the lines of 'We'll have someone follow up with you'. Then, of course, nobody follows up. I spent the better part of a month trying to make it clear that the home i was selling was not mine. That it was inherited. I was ignored and repeatedly told to just fill out paperwork that, by law, I was not required to fill out. The entire process felt questionable and incredibly unprofessional at best.

All the emails and forms leading up to settlement were a bit confusing at times. But anytime I had a question, I would call and speak with Ben or Allie and they helped me to understand what was needed. The actual closing went smoothly and efficiently. We were happy with the process.

All the people I have had the pleaser to talk with have been professional, knowledgeable, patient. The process was very easy. The Rocket mortgage app helped you through every step from application to closing. All employes I talked to love working for Rocket Mortgage.

I worked with Ali and he was fantastic. Otherwise, everything was great. The Notary may need to learn better bedside manners, but all in all it went well.

We were unable to close because of my husband‘s questionnaire to validate who he is. The first time he did it. It was over two minutes long because he couldn’t remember certain things that they were asking for. The second time he was so flustered and kept asking him about an associate. He has a handyman who has lots of associates in a lot of different cities, so it really didn’t work out for his benefit. Now we have to have an in person instead of being able to talk to somebody redo it and maybe ask different questions and not from when we were 18 to 20 years old when are 53
Makes me want to cancel our closing period

The entire process has been so easy and the customer service is amazing!

Things that went well first. The person who reached out actually proposed a solution that fit my needs. That was great, but that was about where the good ended.
From there, the actual price of refinancing and the cost of the mortgage was significantly higher than projected. It was almost 20% more per month than they originally quoted. There was also issues getting the numbers right at closing. It also took a few weeks longer to close than I was told. It will still work out for us okay, but it was nowhere near as good as they quoted us at the beginning, as they didn’t take into account at all the increase in property taxes, even though my input for estimated home value was exactly the same as the appraisal value at the end.

Love this company and the people are extremely helpful.
