Very good. Zena was very helpful. Andy was very nice and helpful. They both made this process smoothly for me.

The representative was very professional and very informative explaining every step of the process. For example when we had questions on several of the steps, she explained and clarified what the questions were asking for.

I feel like they got the process like they were supposed to Allie Sanderson great feedback great communication on point you can call her ask her any kind of questions she’s always willing to help and do as much as she can.

Would’ve gave you five stars if I didn’t have to do that online closing, which never works out for me, I ended up having to schedule to do it in person , other than that, everything was good!

This was an amazing experience. I called and spoke with a financial advisor at Rocket Mortgage with some financial issues we were experiencing and in 1 week my wife and I were sitting at our dining room table closing on a refinance loan via internet. I cannot stress hard enough how efficient and smooth this process went. Rocket Mortgage is by far the best Mortgage Company to do business with. They covered everything in great detail and made us feel like family all at the same time. Contacting them with questions and concerns was as easy as a quick phone call. Rocket Mortgage is one top notch company. I strongly recommend anyone buying or refinancing their home to call them first and you will not be disappointed. Start to close - smooth.

Overall my experience with Rocket Close was good. I did have to reach out for updates close to closing, which would have been nice to stay more informed down to the wire. We had issues with the printer/scanner at the closing table, which isn't fully on Rocket Close but it did cause some delays. I will say our Closing Agent did a much better job than the Sellers Closing Agent to keep everything on track with these delays. But overall the team answered all my questions quickly and were all very helpful.

The whole process was very easy! Everyone at Rocket mortgage through the whole process were always very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had!

Closing when pretty smoothly. A few of the forms had our names misspelled but we were still able to complete the closing.

From the first call to the closing. Everything was clear and concise and communicated perfectly. You always meet us at our needs and provide us with a very Efficient way of getting things done. The portal to upload documents is the easiest portal I’ve ever worked with. And the closing virtually is a very nice touch. I love everything about working with you.
