I would give a perfect score if it weren't for the fact that some errors happened on rockets end that caused me a month of agonizing waiting. It seems like information gets lost while getting turned over to 4 or 5 different people during the process.

Everything went pretty smooth. Only complaint I have is the way you have to sign papers. I’m not computer savvy so was abit challenging for me. Representative was very personable and prompt for appointment.

It was very easy but after the closing it went silent. Just wondering how the rest of the process worked. But I figured it out.

Some parts were very streamlined. I am still waiting on the email regarding taxes that were paid to escrow between closing documents and actual closing.
The parties involved were difficult to follow as to who does what and that was a bit tough. thanks

The customer service was outstanding

The reliance upon technology overshadowed the customer service commitment. Multiple duplicated processes, poor response times from actual people, and compartmentalization of information limited the ability to resolve the most basic of problems. The multi factor authentication process is designed for people working behind a desk and not working remotely with phones as the primary means of communication. I closed a week ago and I still don't have access to the information I requested about my transaction from my so called assigned contact.

How easy they made it, everyone that helped along the way was very professional and treated us with respect.
