It was professional, quick, and easy to close.

Very communicative throughout the whole process.

The closing was confused because it was a hybrid closed. When the person showed up to handle the closing it was not handled professionally and made the whole experience stressful. Please make sure you make clear what type of closing will be required (online, in person, etc)

The closing experience was flawless and easy. My only complaint would be the information requested was a little tedious.

Probably one of the worst experiences I had doing business

My lawn was a complicated one, and because of my employment history, things got even more complicated. Although I make more than enough money, there was gaps from moving. And changing jobs, we had hindered my ability to get the loan. Through paintshaking hours, by three members of your team, that I know of i'm sure there are more. They made it possible for purchasing a home perfect for my family. I thank you all for working so hard for me.

I don't know what some of these 5 star reviews are about but I have had the WORST experience with them EVER. Escrow has been delayed now almost a week. All because of this companies incompetent ways. We are the sellers and this company has been delaying the title report for our buyers sale which in turn has delayed the closing of the sale with our buyer. Poor communication and lack of organization and professionalism. RUN AWAY, save yourself the frustration.

All was good 5 star from start until closing. Documents were not ready and it turned out I had to physically ally sign the documents. That was an inconvenience as I had taken time off work for the video sign only to be notified it had to be in person.
Todd, Kimberly and Clarke I give them a 15/10.they kept me updated on issues. Closing experience was smooth once the issues were resolved. They could have done better and known that I needed in person signature.
