The Rocket Mortgage Team members are so professional and still manage to put a personal touch on all transactions. Everything was easy to manage with details that could be understood when completing each step of the mortgage process. Being able to close on line was so easy and the process was presented with complete and understandable instructions.

Rocket’s team made the process seamless. When we ran into roadblocks, they helped find work arounds!! We’re grateful to be working with Rocket for our mortgage needs!

Good communication, easy to understand updates, and no surprises

All online, texting, and phone calls. Kelsey, Andrew, and Danielle all did a great job. The only issue is the cash out went from over 7K then 5K, then $3927.

This was our first time using rocket Close, so we were exactly sure how it worked. No one from Rocket Close reached out to us to go over the process. A couple days before the closing we called to find out what we were supposed to do and how we were supposed to get the funds for closing to Rocket. We were told a notary would come to our house and we were told the person's name. The following day, the day before the closing, the notary called and said she wasn't coming. We called Rocket Close and let them know but they just kept saying she was coming and we kept telling them no she wasn't, she called and told us she wasn't. The call ended with no resolution. The notary called us again and said she had told Rocket she wasn't going to be able to come 2 days prior. Then we got a text saying we were assigned a new notary and we were given her name, only it was the name of the original notary WHO WAS NOT COMING! The entire closing process was extremely confusing and unprofessional. The communication was terrible and nobody seemed to really know what was happening. I would consider using Rocket Mortgage again but will NEVER use Rocket Close again. 100% untrustworthy.

Quick and easy process from start to finish!

Was a smooth process from start to finish. every step was easy and they were there to answer any questions I might have had.

First of all you have to go through to many people and you cant get a straight answer from certain people and it is hard to talk to certain people like they dont want to talk to you about thing and when they do respond its only by email sometimes people like to talk personally to someone . Most of all your people dont communicate with each other like they should I think . All this i have experience my self .

The entire team from the first person on my initial call all the way through closing were very attentive to our sensitive time frame and handled it with ease! Highly recommend. It was great they had in house folks from attorneys to closing agents so it wasn’t bouncing between a bunch of rarely connected individuals.

Your closing agent was very professional and friendly. He made the process easy and very convenient. The rocket team from start to finish was on top of there game and execution was superb. I would recommend rocket mortgage for your next housing adventure.
