Family ran company treading water. 0/5 for customer service, 0/5 for build quality of machines, 0/5 integrity, I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. The best thing you can do is find a different company and product. Hyundai offer something much better for not much more. I bought a pressure washer in March by June after using it twice the petrol tank sheared off and the engine seized a week later. Rocwood refused to honour the 1 year warranty and decided to blame me for the fault. Bit of back and forth and they just ignored me from then on. I had to take them to small claims court where a CCJ was put them to pay me my refund for the faulty machines.
I wish I had seen the reviews on B&Q and Amazon who have both got their products are 3 star yet on their website there are dozens of 5 star reviews but no way to validate the reviews by clicking on them as they're not hyperlinked. The Griffiths need to address some serious issues with their company, products, customer journey and more importantly their egos.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. You will regret using Rocwood.

Just a follow up on rocwoods reply ? I cannot reply directly to the ridiculous reply they have created ?
Just for reference I wasn't in when they dropped the machine off so I didn't SEND my wife and baby out ( 6yrs old) and he never showed my wife the machine working he simply dropped the machine off at the bottom of my drive and knocked on the door to tell my wife where it was ( all on CCTV)

What a pathetic company too deal with they are full of lies to the customer and they simply don't meet the customer satisfaction from my experience with ROCWOOD !!

the best store where I have shopped. they respond immediately, they sent the goods immediately. the courier delivered everything the next day.

Bought one of their space heaters. Was used three times, once to test it when it arrived and twice more for ten minutes each time. Now dead. Will not start and display showing nothing. This company has NO phone number and have so far ignored all of my emails requesting help and now a refund. Nothing! I wish I'd checked the reviews on here before purchasing something from them. I will not be buying anything by Rocwood again and I recommend you don't either, because if something goes wrong, they have made sure you can't do anything about it.

It’s very rare to receive such wonderful service, excellent communication within a very short time, regular updates with a resolution and just fantastic all round support. Trinity was particularly sympathetic with the difficulties I experienced with couriers etc and she made exceptional arrangements in dealing with my washer. I wish all the best to everyone at RocWood.

Fantastic mower, Fantastic service

Purchased a cordless lawnmower for my daughter’s small garden. Worked ok until the battery charger failed after 5 months.Tried many times without success to contact customer after sales service but was just ignored.
Ordered and PAID for a replacement which was strangely dealt with very quickly.
So it would appear that your sales service is very good but your after sales service is non existent

I expected a cover to come with the winch as they do with other makes although not in the picture I thought it would have been supplied

Bought refurbished, came absolutely battered. Non-working and part of one of the car stands broken. Told customer services, given the spiel that it’s checked over by trained people. This person must be Stevie Wonder as anyone with working eyesight could see it wasn’t suitable. They then tried saying damaged in transit, the box was in perfect condition, the stands box was held together with tape everywhere and they were in a much better condition.

Fast efficient delivery, great machine very powerful.

Initially all good. Order placed delivered quickly. Dump truck cart all seems in good working order. Then after using the handle has snapped off looks like not welded properly. Contacted company by email as no phone number. Initially they replied asked for photos which I did and said they could send me a new handle which I agreed to even though as only had a month think they should offer a replacement. Anyway had to contact them again by email as no further communication as to when we where going to receive the part. Eventually they replied this week or next. Guess what no handle received no email advising. So again chased up and eventually they replied having trouble sourcing the part. No further comment I then went back and asked where they going to send a replacement product and again no response to this of my further email chasing.
