Fast efficient delivery, great machine very powerful.

Initially all good. Order placed delivered quickly. Dump truck cart all seems in good working order. Then after using the handle has snapped off looks like not welded properly. Contacted company by email as no phone number. Initially they replied asked for photos which I did and said they could send me a new handle which I agreed to even though as only had a month think they should offer a replacement. Anyway had to contact them again by email as no further communication as to when we where going to receive the part. Eventually they replied this week or next. Guess what no handle received no email advising. So again chased up and eventually they replied having trouble sourcing the part. No further comment I then went back and asked where they going to send a replacement product and again no response to this of my further email chasing.

As described and came quickly.

The after sales is appalling, one cannot buy spare parts anywhere else and despite Rocwood telling me that parts had been ordered they then ignored every e mail and message on messenger that I sent. My scarifier is worthless without a new drive belt. If you want a reliable seller Rocwood is not it
Have now tecieved a reply , they have sourced a drive belt for me and I gave paid and await delivery

Speedy, no hassle experience

I ordered a reconditioned pressure washer with electric start for a good value for money price directly from RocwooD. It arrived quickly but was wrong machine and very tired looking.
Excellent customer service, but by email only. I prefer to talk with some one if I have issues with supplied products. That said all got sorted after the initial wrong pressure washer supplied. Correct item was sent after the uplift of the wrongly supplied model.
Condition was excellent and after following all instructions from down loadable manual on RocwooD web page, went to work. Thank you

Cheep products

I've purchased a couple of items from Rocwood now including a refurbished strimmer. There was a missing item and a small bit of damage to the strimmer and within 24hrs, this has all been dealt with and the missing item replaced.

Doing what it says, making higher hedging easier to trim, despite not being the strongest!

Would not recommend their products at all. I bought a 3 tonne trolley jack costing £140+ and it lasted a month before it would start to dangerously go down when being used. Customer service was terrible as they just kept on ignoring my messages. Wouldnt shop from there again

Bought a pressure washer and snow foam lance. Pressure Washer turned up no foam lance contacted sales they said will send one. A week later it turned up and it doesn't fit my washer when their site said it did . Emailed sales again got no reply so I sent it back still waiting for refund. Went to use the pressure washer cleared my patio set it up and the gun doesn't work contacted sales again was told they will send one still waiting!!!!!!! . They are now not answering any emails I've sent 4 now the only email I got was to leave a review so here you are . I will never use this firm again no phone number to ring only emails which they don't answer and leave you in the dark!!! Update!! Still waiting for my refund for the snow foam bottle. I did receive a lance last week but I had already ordered and received a new one from somewhere else. I didn't receive any emails after the 3/8/24 telling me you would respond in 48 hours . This seems the only way to get a reply.

A good value product. Very solid construction and working well in my challenging garden...unlike may cordless alternatives I have tried

After using my new petrol rocwood pressure washer for the 1st time,the hose split after 2 hour of power washing. I have e mailed to ask them to replace the hose, no reply , this is not good enough. Now driveway half complete and looks a mess.

Emailed them regarding my pressure washer hose that split taking the skin of my fingers, asking for an replacement still haven't heard anything, not impressed at all.

Good products and email updates were great, could have processed the order a bit quicker but otherwise all ggod
