Good Afternoon. Thank you for your review. We welcome all customer feedback. The Easy Fold Treadmill offers an 'informal' manual incline, as detailed on the website - our only treadmill with an automatic incline is the Gold Treadmill, priced slightly higher at £599, plus delivery. If you would like a personalised video from Roger on how to manage the manual incline, please email us at hello@rogerblackfitness.com and we will respond to your enquiry asap. We hope you continue to enjoy using your Easy Fold Treadmill. #TeamRBF

The bike is truly quiet and stands in our living room for us to use. We didn’t think it was that easy to fold away each time, but otherwise very pleased with it

Great for limited space
The folding bike was bought for my daughter so that she could hop on and off during her working day whenever she had a few spare minutes. She is delighted with its size and the ability to fold it up whenever necessary.

Stiff bike pedals
Our daughter has given us a Roger Black Gold exercise bike as she found it hard to use.
Basically it is hard to pedal an seems to have just has one tension setting whatever the 1-8 dial is set to making it hard to pedal. I have checked as far as I can and can't find anything obviously wrong.
UPDATE
The problem was located to the tension clip behind the 1-8 resistance knobs. It had come adrift and was effectively at maximum tension. No perfect

Dear Customer,
We are sorry you have had an unfavourable experience with your Gold Bike. If your daughter originally purchased this machine from Argos prior to 2021, please be advised that any servicing will need to be directed to a third party who handles all Argos-purchased Roger Black Fitness products. If your daughter purchased her/your machine from www.rogerblackfitness.com or via a third party after May 2021 (and it is orange and black in colour) please can you email hello@rogerblackfitness.com with the order details, especially if it is still under Warranty. If there was an issue, did your daughter contact us previously? In the event that a machine becomes or arrives faulty due to transit, for example, we always quickly endeavour to resolve the issue ASAP. If you wish to email us regarding your post-2021 purchase via the above email address, we would be happy to assist. We hope this helps for now.

An excellent company which cares about its customers.
The foldable exercise bike is a very good size and can be tucked into a corner of a room, without being too bulky. It was fine to assemble and feels sturdy. Perfect for at home exercising: time / calories / distance / pulse display. Although there was a problem with the first bike, I contacted customer services, who were excellent. Within a couple of days I had a brand new bike delivered without any quibbles. I would certainly buy from Roger Black again; the products are very good and the customer care is exemplary.
