Very helpful and polite and saved me some money as they had one made up when l arrived and put in my car straight away, so l could go home and try it out.

Exceptional service
I ordered a Strimmer. It was the best price on the net. I had an email saying that due to the volume of orders, dispatches had been unavoidably delayed.
I phoned to either cancel or speed up the order because I was going away for the weekend on Friday and the Strimmer could potentially be sitting on my doorstep in the rain for 4 days. I phoned on Tuesday.
Whoever I spoke to was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure that dispatches were aware, it was given priority and would be sent the following morning by Fed Ex and arrive the day after on Thursday. It did. I was really impressed with the personal service I received. Thankyou

Delivery delayed by oversight in warehouse
Used this company because of good Trust Pilot responses. Sadly our experience less than favourable. Strimmer purchased 7 March 2026 with initial delivery date given as 12 March. Nothing on FedEx web site so called R Smith who stated 'being packed today' will be with you tomorrow - 13th. Nothing. Phoned again then some progress as 'Sam' got hold of the situation and investigated - came back and said strimmer still in warehouse had been overlooked, 'don't know why' - not been picked up. He would make sure it went out on Friday 13th but no weekend deliveries so get it on Monday 16th. Just arrived at 13.28pm. What a disappointing saga.

Your order was placed on 7th March with our stated delivery timeframe of up to 5 working days. Unfortunately it arrived on the 6th working day, and for that delay we sincerely apologise.
At the time your order was placed we were experiencing an unusually busy start to the season, combined with some staff illness, which unfortunately affected our dispatch times. We did send an email update to customers to explain that we were busier than usual and that deliveries may take slightly longer, but we appreciate this did not make the situation any less frustrating for you.
We’re pleased that Sam was able to investigate the issue for you and ensure the order was dispatched as quickly as possible once it was identified.
Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the situation, and we’re sorry that your first experience with us did not meet expectations.
