Motors on window failed after 3 months. It is impossible to get through to customer services and 9 months later I still don’t have a window that opens, it is going to cost approximately half the cost of the window to replace the motor and they don’t reply to emails. Avoid like the plague

Met Abbs and the team at the Home Building & Renovating show at the Excel centre in London. I was really impressed with the products and expertise as Abbs walked me through the roof light I am interested in. Updated as Roofmaker now responded to say they’ve no record of dealing with me - despite giving reference number in this for the active complaint. Invoice reference provided - look forward to reply although I am in dialogue with General Manager directly.

Awful company to deal with, had a roof light with a design flaw. After months of hassling they eventually fixed it by deglazing in situ but now have leaks and they are ignoring my calls to investigate . Going to have to take legal action and raise with trading standards to resolve. Considering how I witnessed leadership speaking to staff, highlights the culture there.

What I needed most was help in finding out what part I needed, I got this in abundance. Then I wanted prompt, efficient service which I also got. In short with the help of Rukshar they ticked every box, removed the stress and made life easy. Thank you Roof-Maker

Really disappointed with the customer service experience from RoofMaker. Our window is so large and heavy that it can only be opened with the motors that were provided with our product but these failed within a week of being installed. My builder has managed the whole process with Roofmaker and submitted a customer service Ticket (number 47714314148) but has been given the runaround and, despite chasing regularly for months has been unable to get a substantive response or any support in obtaining replacement motors, which surely should be under warranty?! Ive read other reviews that there are multiple.customer service agents available but we don't seem to be able to make any progress and it's extremely frustrating.

I'd be happy to revise this review if someone from RoofMaker can contact us to address the issue but as it stands we have been unable to talk to anyone to find a solution.

From our first discussions and meeting Leeban, Scott and the team helped us to achieve our vision of a large hinged slimline lantern, making their biggest yet for us. It looks stunning and works beautifully together with the integrated blackout blind.

Two fixed double glazed rooflights ordered. Expertly delivered in house. Now installed within a new standing seam zinc roof. Delighted and would happily recommend these rooflights to family and friends.

Great window and great service. Abbs was especially helpful - we iterated with him for several weeks and he really helped with the size and specifications and tolerances etc etc. The window fit perfectly and we are very happy.

We first came across Roof Maker at Grand Designs Live and I was impressed with the quality of the product and the fact that they could manufacture a custom roof window to the exact specification we needed. Abbs was amazingly helpful and great to deal with, and despite having to update my quote several times over several months he kept calling and checking in on me and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I was also amazed at the speed of turnaround from order to delivery. Even though we ordered 4 custom sizes, the windows arrived in a quarter of the time it took to get Velux.

Exceptional customer service from start to end of my project. Excellent customer from helping me to ensure that the measurements were accurate to planning the delivery for when the builders were on-site. The skylight was also built to spec at a very high quality
