Root & Pestle Kava Avis 

Worth the money. It's expensive but it's the best (least disgusting) tasting Kava I've had and is much potent than the cheaper options

Delivery was quick and product as described. Have only tried the instant blend so far and found very effective.

As my user name suggests, I am not great with technology so when I realised that an old mobile had used an incorrect shipping address (in a different state) I reached out to R&P to rectify the issue.

They went above and beyond in getting my purchase redirected through their distribution centre to my correct address.

Tried Root and Pestle after trying another premium brand Kava which was good. Found out the R & P (only tried the Instant type) has a much higher weight per satchet than the other brand = better value for money. Have purchased some more instant and traditional as well so will see how it goes.

Have used this product before - it is good to help break a sleep cycle issue, that other herbal + modern medicine may not be solving. Good to have another option in the mix. And, this kava is palatable - many versions are very hard to stomach (the taste I mean). Hoping with more users, over time, price becomes lower (can hope)

When I first wished to order from R&P I was told that my preferred Kava variety (used for sleep purposes) was out of stock and to come back and check the website in 2 or so weeks. A more courteous and customer centric reaction would have been to take my name and let me know when it was in stock.
Secondly when I ordered and asked for XPress post I would have expected my order to be dispatched the same or at least the next day not days later as using XPress post was then a waste of money

I paid 40$ to deliver to Estonia and the package never arrived. I had to reach out to understand what happened.

They refunded the package 90 AUD but not the shipping, which was quite expensive.

If they can't deliver to Estonia, they shouldn't offer this option.

Great quality Kava. What else is there to say? I bought it based on recommendations made by people who know a lot more than I do about kava. And the whole experience through root and pestle was great!

I've never had kava but trying to quit alcohol. This is the perfect product for me. Amazing feeling without being drunk. Extremely fast and reliable shipping and brilliant quality. This will be my sole provider from now.
