Great service amazing clothes really friendly too x

⭐ Extremely disappointing customer service – no goods, no refund and no response

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way my order has been handled.

I returned the items in their original packaging and have proof of postage/tracking from Royal Mail. I followed the instructions I was given regarding having the parcel held, yet despite this I have now sent three emails and received absolutely no response.

I have also tried the telephone number provided, only to find that it is invalid.

The items were a gift for my nephew, so this has been particularly frustrating. Most importantly, I am now in the position of having paid for goods that I no longer have, while still waiting for my money to be returned.

I find it completely unacceptable that a customer can return goods correctly, provide proof of this, send multiple emails asking for help and simply be ignored.

I would strongly encourage the company to review its customer service because at the moment it feels as though once they have your money, they have no interest in resolving the issue.

I hope someone from the company finally responds and resolves this matter, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

Have bought so many of my little girls most special pieces from Rose & Albert and will continue to do so. My fave children’s boutique by far, product wise and customer service. I always recommend friends to use R&A if they’re ever looking for something a bit different or special. Not sure how I first stumbled across the company as so not local but so glad I did!

I have shopped at Rose & Albert several times over the last 3 years for my little girls and have never been disappointed. The clothing is always beautiful and of a high quality. Kate is also always quick to reply to any questions about deliveries and sizing etc.

I ordered the mystery bundles and did not like what was delivered. The value of the items did not match the advertised value of the mystery bundle.

I returned order with tracked and signed delivery, but nobody was available at the address on 3 separate occasions to accept the parcel. Tried emailing, calling, no response at all initially.

Addendum- Thank you Kate. I was contacted by email after this and you were very helpful. I understand the issues with the order, the return not being delivered and communication issues were related to the business moving and changing contact details.

Beautiful quality clothes

Placed an order with this company through tiny trendsetters. After days and no shipping notification i realised i had ordered the wrong size. I reached out through the website and also replied to the order confirmation asking to cancel urgently. As there was no sign of any activity or shipping i didnt think this would be an issue, only to receive a reply that it had already shipped earlier that day! I asked for tracking as I had not received any notification of shipping. I had no response. But the next day i received a royal mail notification saying they were waiting for my item to be handed over, the label was produced over an hour after they said it had already shipped. Absolute scammy unreasonable behaviour. The order should have been cancelled. I do not doubt that had i not reached out requesting to cancel i would still be sat waiting days and days for it to ship!!! I will be refusing delivery. Do not buy here
