Worst customer experience. I ordered 5feet pink bear online to my daughter and paid 5550rs and they said I need to pay 250 for delivery after paying actual amount. I paid that too and they delivered a small teady bear. They are saying they are in this fake business for 16 years but people still buy with them

Fraud website charges 10x more and sends it through fnp ...cheating customers

I ordered Chocolate Hampers and Champagne Cost to Rs 6000 with Transaction ID:23223.
But they delivered something else.

They Delivered Sula brand instead of Chandon Champagne.

I ordered item from there, they didn't deliver that and deliver some other item of low value, when I call they spoke in very unprofessional and impolite way, do not order from them they are scammers, and looting your money.

I was scared after reading the reviews but my order for the teddy was delivered on time and that made my fiancée really glad as it was surprise for him.. they too wrote the note i mentioned them.. great service and on time

They should ashamed on themselves for making people fool on their precious day. Worst Website with cheapest mentality people.

I ordered a cake worth 5500, but I still haven't received any response or delivery. It's disappointing to deal with such deceitful people who use cheap tricks to scam money from others. This company is a fraud, and those responsible should be held accountable.

Such a shame on these people and that stupid lady claiming all the money.

Horrible experience! Fraud!
I had ordered a balloon bouquet. I spoke on the number given on your website to a lady called Neha 9990162888. I had told her exactly what I wanted. I received something completely different and it was in a broken state. On the top of that when I called Neha she didn’t pick up my multiple calls and neither did she reply to my messages. I called her from another number, she picked up the call heard my concern. I asked her to get it replaced. She said that won’t be possible and cut the call on my face. After that when I called her back she cut my calls.

I got no refund or replacement!

FRAUD… a big big scammer…

Don’t order from this site please.. they will not get delivered at your place even after spending lots of money. More than money; your emotions will get hurt after a long waiting time for delivery.

This website is the worst website ever, they make fool of you, They take payment and never deliver the product. They do not refund the money even. They do not even pick up the call. They are just making money out of it.

They are a big fraud . Don’t buy anything from them . The number they provided when u call they try to fight with u . The lady is on call who is very abusive and u will get to know in few seconds that who get cheated by the group . She want to fight with u that she drop tha call . They ask me 2000/- for the delivery . I paid them . And they BLCOK my number . SVAE YOUR MONEY .

I cancelled my order 3 months ago and I didn't get my refund back to date. The service is extremely appalling, no one receives calls or replies to mail for the refund.

I ordered cake for midnight and they charged rs.300 for delivery but delivered at 9PM. And when I paid they said your payment received but after that they told me the UPI reversed the payment I asked a proof and registered the complaint in bank afterthat she told it was a banking glitch we deliver your order.

This is rubbish website and works only by fraud and deceit .they don't deliver what we ordered for .they need to be reported and taken off with their business .the lady is very cunning and squeezes money out of every order ,do not deliver what is ordered .

Ordered a cake for birthday on 25th January 2022, after making payment they sent a link asking to make an extra 250 rupees payment for delivery charge. I requested them to cancel the order but they denied to refund my money. Rather they said it will be converted to a credit voucher which must be used to purchase any product from their website. I placed another order for some chocolates on 1st February 2022 and made delivery date on 3rd Feb between 9am to 12pm. They didn't deliver it and when I asked they said they don't have the chocolates I ordered., so they are sending some other chocolates. I requested them not to send anything else. Same day evening I got a message that the product is delivered by an agent from Kottayam. I didn't get any product and I'm yet to get my refund. Rosencakes are not responding to my calls and messages
