It's very easy ordering and delivery is fast as you like, I send these cupcakes to my children and my grandchildren for years and they always look forward to getting them, they love baked by Melissa!!

This is the second time i have had issues with delivery from this company. I have used them many times in the past, but recently there are always issues with their delivery. To pay $15.95 for delivery i would hope fedex would be used or at least a company that can get the package delivered before 8 pm. If you need them for a specific day- schedule delivery for the day before. And the “happiness” experts do not care. Update- 10/23/2026Even the reply sent from the company really shows that they misunderstood the issue.

Was so happy to be able to get GF mini cupcakes at the mall! My grandkids loved all of the flavors!!

I’ve previously ordered, this time many cup cakes were tossed and frosting all messed up. I think the hype for these are over. Flavours are really not there anymore, just different colors and frosting on most, just one or two taste different only. Wish they looked better when arrived, it was a birthday gift, which was disappointing

Do not order from them. Cupcakes either late or never arrive at all. Ridiculous!

I received the order. But tops were smashed and melted.i just replied about was for occasion and didn't look the best. I was told I would get replacement order for free. That was end of July. I have gone round and round, following up. Seems replacement was never entered, now saying I have to confirm address etc. You would think im asking for a new Rolex! OMG don't order from this place. Make your own.

I've ordered from Baked by Melissa a handful a times and at this point, I've given up just because it's a 50/50 toss up on if you'll get your order. The latest time, I placed my order 11 days in advance to ensure I had ample time to receive my order. On the day of delivery, the package is damaged during shipping so FedEx will not deliver. I contacted customer service immediately and they said they could ship a replacement order but it would take an additional 9 days to arrive! Another 9 days is insane to me. Now I'm scrambling to find somewhere else I can depend on to deliver. This has happened to a previous order and I thought it was a one-off but it looks like that's not the case.

Amazing client service and absolutely delicious cupcakes! I sent them as a gift to a friend and she is still raving about them.

I placed an order on 8/5 to be delivered on 8/10. The date it was supposed to arrive then showed it wouldn’t arrive for four more days. I called customer service. They sent out a new order to arrive in two days when I checked the tracking the next day it said it would take four more days to arrive at which point the cupcakes would no longer be good. After this happening two times, the only thing the company was willing to do was send out the order for the third time no discount. When I asked if there was anything else they could do for the inconvenience twice now in addition to them showing up at this point over a week late, the only thing they offered was to give me 10% off my next order or free shipping on my next order. The company needs to review their policies as that is Not good customer service. I will not be ordering again.

Horrible business model, ordered cupcakes over a week in advance, went to the store on the date and time of pick up, they are closed. Employee tells me that the payment system is down. I paid in advance, she can't find my order, can't pick up cupcakes. Didn't receive any email to say that I can't pick up, didn't have any idea about my order. Wasted my time going there, now have to dispute my credit card charge. Heard that cupcakes were good, never got to try :(

Worst customer service. Basically non existent. They also did not delivered what was ordered.

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday, it’s 2 days later & they still haven’t arrived. I emailed them and didn’t get a response, don’t use this company if you want any kind of customer service.

This company, is fricking spamming pain in the A** Never ordered from this ANNOYING comping! One day I decided to look at them for some cupcakes and they’ve been spamming me ever since. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE… Read the review warnings before looking, ordering, or you my friend will be caught in spam trap!

They sell your email and phone number as soon as you give them it!!!! It is absolutely no coincidence that I signed up for their deal and the next day I’m flooded by spam emails, I did not give my email out to anything else within months of this.
So not worth it to deal with every.single.day now for 3 weeks.
Overpriced anyway. Especially to then be selling potential customer information.

Absolutely terrible customer service Order was received 4 days late and completely melted. This was a gift for someone and reordered again to give them the benefit of a doubt and never received the second order!! Tried calling to get refund and no one retuns your calls DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

FAIL. I should have looked up the Trustpilot reviews. I ordered a box of birthday cupcakes for my friend's birthday well in advance, and I chose the delivery date—on her birthday. The delivery date is now estimated the day after her birthday, when she will not be home for a week. The cupcakes will sit and rot on her porch. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

This is the second time ordering from baked by Melissa and I should have learned my lesson the first time. I paid extra for 2 day delivery and my order never arrives. Don’t order from them if you need something delivered on time.

I had an issue with a delivery for Mother’s Day arriving late and damaged. They quickly rectified the situation and were very kind in all communication I had with them. Very delicious and adorable cupcakes!
