Today I had an experience online tracking my order that I placed on 7/15/2024. My nephews Birthday was this week and I wanted to surprise him. He has been doing very well in school and he plays a variety of different sports. Through his parents I heard that he has been working hard at home and school. When I heard that me being his favorite Auntee, I wanted to do something nice for him and reward him with a box of these yummy cupcakes. I have ordered them before for only family members Birthdays and they have loved them.
I did reach out to customer service online and Ms. Rosalie was the young lady who replied to help solve my issue. By contacting them online it turned out to be positive experience. They did reply in less than 24 hours which was a plus in my book. And they handled the matter quickly and smoothly. Options were suggested and I loved that about them. My nephew will enjoy this gift even more so once I explain to him what the delay was. These girls are my ROCKSTARS!! I highly recommend these cupcakes. My favorite is ALL OF THEM!!!!
I really enjoyed the mint cupcakes and the peanut butter and jelly ones. What's nice about these mini bite size cupcakes you can order for any event. Thank you for all you do to keep us SMILING!!!!

We placed an order on Monday for a Thursday delivery as a surprise for my sister-in-law's birthday. Delivery was to be made by a courier between 5-7 pm. Delivery was never made and we received no notification. Friday after make several calls, which went directly to voicemail and instructs you to email them. After reaching out by email we finally received a response. Driver couldn't reach my sister-in-law so left with gift. Requested delivery be made Friday afternoon. Had to inform my sister-in-law of delivery and ruin the surprise. She waited all day for the delivery and it was finally made at 8:16 pm! We wanted to support a local NY business and this the thanks we got!
Customer Service is HORRIBLE and we will never use them again!!

Thought I ordered 25 mini cupcakes and Added macarons for snd additional $18 WRONG ! It changed the order to 25 mini macarons for an additional $18 So for my order total of $80.00 I got 25 mini macarons in a happy birthday box That is extremely costly and not worthwhile Will not order from them again

I really wanted to like these. Very disappointed.
They are cute looking but honestly just some gluten free batter (not that tasty) with sweet topping (too sweet for me). So the topping went in the garbage.
The packaging was very colorful and sturdy as was the box they came in with an ice pack for freshness.
They were a birthday gift/surprise from my daughter, and I am not sure how much these were. Based on my taste experience I would not order them for anyone or for myself.

We ordered boxes of cupcakes for the teachers at each of our childcare centers, and we were assured they'd arrive before Christmas. They did arrive before Christmas, but they all showed up on 12/20 at our corporate office located in a different state, because that was the billing address. Yes, they were given a different address for the shipping address, but they ignored that fact. We called, waited on hold forever, and then they apologized, and promised a new shipment would arrive where it was supposed to by 5 p.m. on 12/21. As of the late afternoon of 12/22, still nothing has arrived. Maybe the order will arrive tomorrow, but that does us no good, because we are closed tomorrow. So much for staff Christmas and thank you gifts for 2022.

UPDATE: Now they're lying claiming it's not their fault, because they tried to help us by rerouting an order that was already in transit. Nice try, except the first delivery already happened WHEN THE CUPCAKES SHOWED UP IN THE WRONG STATE! What's happening now is they've screwed up sending us the replacement order to the correct state, that their representative said would arrive by 1:00 p.m. on 12/21/2022, and as of 5:15 p.m. on 12/22/2022 is nowhere to be found.

Good product and timely shipping. Customer service somewhat lacking after the sale. FedEx made a mistake and delivered to the wrong address, and tracking is not possible except through the shipper, who has not been responsive, still, even after 72 hours. Fortunately for me, the recipient was honest and brought package to the correct location! Otherwise the fresh baked goods would not be too fresh!
