Roundbrand Grimsby was recommended by my neighbour, I was unsure what I actually wanted, but was given plenty of help in choosing my new front door.
The service was 5 star, the fitter who they recommended was polite and professional. Overall very happy

dealt with the grimsby branch and found the service really great, helped with design ideas, 3/4 weeks to arrive they arranged a fitting company and all went very well, very happy with the products and the finish my house looks amazing thanks your Beckie,Karen & Lee(fitter)

I ordered through the Doncaster branch and they both helped me throughout the process of ordering a new door for my new home and couldn’t be happier with the result!

safe to say this company is starting the new year with a bang, ordered some windows and two doors at the start of the year and to my surprise by today the windows and doors have been crafted, supplied and fitted all through roundbrand doncaster, sophie even went the extra mile to recommended one of their fitters who was more than helpful. nothing but professional throughout...

Our bifold door is sitting on expanded foam and fresh air. We can see the garden through the gap. There is a terrible draught coming through. Our new front door lets in water every time it rains. Our new window has a crack in the weld of the frame and we are still awaiting new handles and hinges for windows. Their fitters are incompetent and just use silicone sealant or wd40 for every problem. They demonstrated they could not fit window hinges. The door locks are rubbish and loose. Their customer service is non existent and their workmanship is non existent. Avoid at all costs. The warranty is worthless as they said it was expired even though this is a new build

ordered an ali bifold, because their lead time was better than anyone else. Came on time and really happy.

I went to the Rotherham branch not knowing what i needed just brought the sizes for the external door with side panel and two windows, one being 8ft x 6ft 10inch, Joanne was very friendly and knew the products well which made the process very easy and was very happy with what i ordered, Joanne kept me up to date with the order and delivery.

Very poor customer service, never come back to you to confirm dates and time all as to be on there terms, will not come out on weekends
Poor quality of insulations and try anything and very to get out of rectifying and issues.

Fantastic customer care from start to finish!
We decided to order our windows through York and we are so pleased with every aspect from planning to fitting.
We were kept up to speed with our order,delivery of the windows and pre arranged fitting. Justin & Andy….I can’t help but sing their praises. They were nothing short of amazing with top quality customer care and advice.
Buying new windows isn’t something we’ve done before.
We contacted a few companies but none of the others came close when we made our decision to use Roundbrand for our windows and composite door.
We chose them on price , knowledge of theirs and others products and the informed customer care we received.
The advice they gave was spot on. From types of frosted glass to our door furniture,window handles etc etc.
Our windows are quality and they look amazing as does our new door. The attention to detail from the window installers was also something that stood out for us. They didn’t rush to whack in the windows and leave for the next job, they again showed great care and consideration to our house and cleaned up each day before leaving.
I could go on and I’m amazed by other reviews tbh.
Andy called when the work was finished to check that everything was fine and we were happy…which we were ,but this was greatly appreciated! Thanks Andy.

Very unhappy with service that I have had. My lower grey door panel has slit in 2 corners after 18 Months. I filled their online form and nothing other than a number nearly 3 months ago.
Having phoned them lots of times. I'm now very unhappy with them. I found their website to be misleading about the 10 year Guarantee.

Do not ever get windows or doors for this company the quality is the worse I ve ever seen drafty and just generally poorly made and don't ask me about the fittings and door handles the chrome drops off them latches are poor wish I'd never bothered with them.

Really Poor! Door is difficult to close and even harder to lock. One window pane is cracked. Made an appointment to fix the issues and after waiting weeks, stying in all day, they never showed up. One week later, no phone call, not answering their phone and ignoring messages. If you want good service, go somewhere else because you won’t get it with these guys!
