Royal Cleaning Avis

Great work . Clean and fresh . Excellent.

Booked and end of tenancy clean, person attending was Adil. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to a high standard and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.

Had a good experience with an end of tenancy cleaning Nedzhi. Very helpful and just cracked on and got the job done.

Doby and Anna were amazing! They came short notice and did a fantastic job! House was spotless, looked brand new. I gave them some instructions and they did everything I asked for and more. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend their services!

The team was very helpful, arrived on time and came fully equipped, and they seemed pretty experienced. Doby was particularly thorough with the kitchen appliances - the previous owner left everything quite greasy, but she managed to make the place feel much more liveable. Thanks a lot! Communication could have been better though - initial responses were prompt, but slower closer to the appointment date. Overall, a solid job was done - feeling quite relieved as it was challenging to find a satisfying service provider in London.

Deborah is so perfect in cleaning. Highly recommended for the best cleaning

Doby was amazing. Helped me above and beyond. I can highly recommend her. She’s a super star

Doby did a great job.. she is very pleasant and a good cleaner.. thank you don’t

Dobby and team did a great and thorough job, taking plenty of time to make sure the flat was in a great condition for handover at end of tenancy

Pepa did a fabulous job and worked very hard cleaning our very dirty oven and hob -have used this company a number of times in the past and they never let us down -highly recommended

Royal Cleaning recently completed an end-of-builders clean for us, and I was thoroughly impressed. The team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. Their work exceeded expectations, and it’s clear why they come so highly recommended. Fantastic service—thank you!

Very happy with their service , especially the appliances , look like new .

We booked an end of tenancy clean, the booking and payment process was very easy and we were able to get a date and time that suited us. The cleaners were on time and very efficient and polite. We were amazed at how clean our kitchen and bathroom were once they had finished. They were actually sparkling. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Royal cleaners.

It was really great experience
It was end of tenancy cleaning and I felt it was very clean and efficient very recommended

Pepi was efficient and really accurate for an end of tenancy clean. Would recommend

Great experience, friendly and great result

Absolutely horrible service. A member of the 2 person team was extremely rude and obnoxious. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave the property. This person chased me several times for payment before I event left my property and argued with my landlord. Stay far away!

Customer service goes a long way!

Dobby and her colleague were amazing and very professional. They used a key safe to enter the property and there were no issues with this. The quality of the professional clean was incredible and we were very impressed with the results. Thank you for your hard work!

Excellent workers who worked tirelessly & efficiently and took no breaks, even for tea/coffee (Despite my offers).
They seemed to take pride in their work and even did extra, and on completion insisted that I checked everything to ensure that I was satisfied with their work.
Certainly I would recommend them to my friends.

Brilliant communication with Jim throughout.

We had to move out quickly, so clean had to happend on same day as removal, clean could only start at 10am which they were happy to accommodate.

Apartment look like the day we moved in, super clean

Highly recommended and will use again
