Why can't I speak to someone or get response to emails
This is a mutual. I am a co-owner. Like, I suspect, many if not most of my fellow co-owners I am old. And, like many, I am not very good with websites and apps. I would be very happy if a tiny bit of my 2nd biggest investment after my home were invested in phone or email based investor service. Please respond to my email. Please don't leave me hanging on to the phone for over half an hour. I just want to draw down some of my pension to renovate the kitchen. Yes I would sacrifice a tiny bit of growth to be able to communicate with you once every few years.

Great service once through.
Took a while to get through with the usual long winded menu system and a short wait on hold but when I got through to Gayle she was very efficient, friendly and thorough and dealt with my issue with no hassle at all.
