If your looking for a wood fired hot tub then Royal Hot Tubs is to be highly recommended. The whole process from arranging delivery, unloading and siting in the garden was professional, arrived on agreed day and time, rang with regular updates on ETA, truly excellent. We are over the moon with our tub, this is our second tub moving over from a electric one, I must say build quality is outstanding, a real luxury product. It's so efficient taking around an hour and half to get to 34 and keeping the fire box low when tubbing you can relax for hours while still retaining the water temperature. I purchased my wood burning hot tub from Royal Tubs over three years ago and it's been amazing. When I lost the drain nut from the wood burner I contacted Royal Tubs for help - Even after all that time their after service was first class, they provided a new nut and my hot tub was up and running again. The service from Royal Tubs was superb from start to finish! I was undecided which sauna I should go for wood fired or electric, the team provided me with all the technical information which helped me reach a decision. The advice given was based on my needs rather than trying to sell me the most expensive. Result is I have had it for a few weeks now and am delighted with it. Also really impressed with the standard of the sauna and the technicians who built it on site leaving no mess. Well done team.

Brilliant service, very helpful and brilliant product!

From initial contact to delivery & installation, I cannot rate Royal Hot Tubs anything other than excellent in their customer service. I thought that being in the far north of Scotland would present delivery problems, but it was no problem to them.
I bought the Ofuro Off Grid Package with a couple of additional extras & I am absolutely delighted at the quality of the tub & burner.
I would highly recommend Royal Hot Tubs to anyone....especially those in the Highlands & Islands or other remote areas, where other companies are not interested in delivering to.

From research to sale to delivery Royal hot tubs have surpassed all of our expectations.
The tub is extremely well built & so user friendly, easily emptied, easily filled & as it's 'off grid' it costs very little to run! We have this one in a holiday let & plan to grow the hot tub Royal family by having them in all 4 of our holiday properties.
