I've just had my lead water mains replaced by REACTIVE PLUMBING & DRAINAGE, What a great firm to deal with, from the initial quote to completing the work was 100% professional. You wouldn't even know they had been.
Ian & Tom were a pleasure to have at my home, Emma went above and beyond with great communication, even taking time to speak with my son in law as I am 71 years of age and not great with emails and internet banking.

had leaking pipe in kitchen which could not be stemmed..called rpdnw and Ian came very quickly ...realised that leak couldnt be stopped unless outside supply was turned off..tried various times to adjust out side stop but was not able to because very old and not working..arranged with united utilities for them to come (dig down and install new outside stop) this was done within few hours (early hours of morning) he was able to stem to temporarily reduce leakage considerably inside and in circumstances did amazing job..

Great job by the guys at RPD NW. Thomas and Martin worked really hard in the heat to make sure the job was done and were able to work around some existing plants in the garden. They tidied up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. It has made a huge difference to our water pressure throughout the house. Thoroughly recommend them. Thanks again. From my panicked first call to the job getting completed, I can honestly say that Ian and Emma have gone way above and beyond in order to get the drains in my garden cleared and fixed. I had companies come out who said it was done, and partly was but then house insurance sent someone and that's where Ian and Emma stepped up. They dealt personally with the insurance company's drainage guys for me as I work long shifts for NHS and was so stressed with it all as the terminology meant nothing to me. They managed to sort everything out, the insurance paid out thanks to Ian and Emma and they left my garden looking like nothing had even happened. The photos they sent told a different story 🤣. They took the stress out of everything for me from start to finish and I recommend them to the highest level. Such a nice, friendly and helpful couple. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Had a leak underground somewhere in the house. They were quickly and able to identify the leak and sort the problem for a sufficient price. Communication was quick and everyone was very nice. Got the quote as quick as possible and work was able to begin as promptly. Fantastic work all round!

This is the 2nd time I've used this company. First time was to fix a blocked drain and the second time to fix a leak in the mains coming into the kitchen. On both occasions they have been available at short notice. Staff are very knowledgeable and explained clearly the problem and how it would be fixed. Speedy and reasonably priced, great service. Would highly recommended.

Had a blocked drain and they came out and sorted it for us. The guy was amazing - didn’t give up despite the blockage being hard to shift and that was despite the awful smelly water and debris floating up out the drain!! Professional, quick and very competitive - would highly recommend. The guy deserves a medal!!
