I have now beenRidiculous waiting for my taxes…
I have now been waiting for my taxes for over 8 months, and was just informed that will have to wait for another 13 weeks, because my cheque was send to an old address and that was the HMRC's fault. The explanation, as to why has that happened in the first place from the guy on the phone was an absolute joke and made no sense whatsoever.
In absolutely no circumstance should anyone ever use this company for anything. They provide zero information about their services, the provided details on the site are very misleading or completely false. The operators, bless them its not their fault, but they are as adequate as the company is.
Just don't work with them - Ridiculous is an understatement for the services they provide!

All of my peers have received their tax returns months back and much more than i will be getting (if im going to be getting anything at all) from RTTAX. A big scam imo for J1 students on work and travel programs

Took 5 month to get my refund
Took 5 month to get my refund, i’m very happy and highly reccomended, i was thinking all the time that it may be fake but no, they really do their job. thanks again and will do business again with them

Until you haven't sent your papers to them they are really interested working to get your taxes back - once I did everything what they asked for, didn't hear about them anymore.. For this - later I got an answer that happened because of the holidays - as a customer I got a feeling I got fooled. I decided to cancel my contract with them and had to do it everything by my own with the tax office in Austria, and it was definitely worth it. I ended up getting double amount of the tax back as what they calculated for me. I don't recommend this place to anyone - it's more worth to figure it out by your own that use service of them. And if its because of the language better to ask help from somewhere else, pretty sure thats gonna be cheaper option.
It's also interesting that it's not possible to leave reviews in Google or either on Facebook for them. Looks like there is something to hide - otherwise if your service would be excellent you would give customers an option to leave a review to different channels.

Tax return completed incorrectly
Used their service and they failed to submit my tax return correctly leaving me with several hundred dollars of unpaid US tax, 0/10 avoid using their service.

terrible company.. it's been 10-11 months and I STILL can't get my 2017 US tax. Every time I ask them , they reply with same draft sentences ." IRS asked for us to send documents again for repeated IR verification."

In your specific case, we have indeed experienced difficulty in negotiating with the IRS on your behalf due to their requests for IR verification. Your Tax Refund process took a longer time to complete due to the conditions specified by the US tax authority, over which we have no control.

bad service
bad service, submitted tax refund since 2017, almost end of 2019 and i have not receive yet. Poor customer service too, they are pretty good at first, prompt reply for getting documents and everything..but after you paid them, i dont think they care for their customer
