We aim for efficiency and clarity, and it seems there was a disconnect between the photos you provided and the actual scope of the waste to be collected. From our understanding, there was more waste than expected, which wasn’t fully captured in the pictures.

Our crew did try to assist with the additional load, and we offered a solution with an extra fee for the increased waste. I understand that this wasn’t ideal for you, and I regret that it led to frustration.

We’ll be reviewing our process to ensure accurate assessments moving forward, and I sincerely hope we can provide a more seamless experience if you choose to use us again.
