I am absolutely pleased with the…
I am absolutely pleased with the service.
It is true that some suppliers take a bit longer with the delivery but the products are good quality worth waiting for.
There was a mishap with the product on suppliers side but Ruby’s customer service managed to sort the problem very efficiently and offered some refund as well.
Everything got sorted with ease and in pleasant manner.
I do recommend this business to anyone who is looking to do business with stable company with great customer service.

Customer service can only be judged when something goes wrong
I ordered a wrong item.
I had a problem at first with Sales not passing on my order details but once I spoke to lovely lady in customer service it was all sorted out and the wrong items collected.

Disappointed I had missing item and it needed 2nd delivery delaying my build. Having said that, Ruby team sorted it without issue

Would definitely recommend Ruby
Would definitely recommend Ruby, and buy from them again myself. I needed a gate to fit a specific width and hinge around a drainpipe and they sent me a full dimensions diagram to ensure it would suit what I needed. The gate also arrived on time, is great quality and looks brilliant now it's fitted.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My order was delivered to home but needed to got to my allotment. Customer service arranged for a delivery crew to collect and take it there which they did today despite snow storm and difficult access to the site. I thank you and the guys so much.

I wouldn’t hestitate to use this company again ,very efficiant from ordering to delivery and help afterwoods. The gazebo is up and ready to go ,builders were pleased with how it went together and the wood is ecxellent quality thankyou joy.
