I’ve been eyeing these lip balms for a while now but being a natural red head I was a little worried about the intensity of the red lip balm but I shouldn’t of worried, it’s a gorgeous colour and not too bright and the accompanying FX gold is amazing on its own or with the red lip balm. Extremely soft, shimmering & not sticky like a lip gloss

Order received quickly. Very pleased with colour and the feel of it. Works much better than any other lip balms I've tried but I've never spent more than £10 on one before so would expect it to be good. Needs reapplying quite often especially after eating or drinking. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts. Very subtle colour which I like for day time.

This is a game-changing beauty brand with unbelievable formulations. I really like how much space it saves in my make-up bag too!

Non existent items. I can’t review what I have not received. I ordered the blush stick in pink and the big brush on the 22nd of November and I still have not received them. After emailing 3 times, and receiving a reply on the 11th of December I was told it was due to a backlog with Royal Mail, however, the tracking told me it was in the same place for nearly 2 weeks, which I would classify as lost. As such a new replacement order will be sent as the 11th but I have not received any tracking details to say it has been despatched. Not the fault of the company but very slow to respond to customer service. Finger crossed it arrives before Christmas.
