Had a delivery problem which Runners sorted out very quickly. I would add it was not there problem but they helped anyway. Also extremely impressed with the Invisible door, not the easiest thing to assemble but works brilliantly

Had a look on line at the web site and ordered a runner for what I wanted. I decided to add to that order by phoning the office. I was in touch by a very helpful young man who talked me through the new order and managed to combine old order with new saving me some money.That is always helpful.So Yes a good experience all round.

I had a bathroom door that slides into a wall pocket and one of the rollers had split, so the door was very noisy and would jam. I found the replacement at Runners, (different type to that originally fitted). Very easy to fit and adjust, well made, and above all delivered within 24 hours. The door glides almost silently now👍

I purchased a 2m barn door runner with fittings. I expected a single 2m bar as I was paying a premium. but it came in 2 pieces. Instructions were poor and the wall plugs useless. Spent and extra £15 on suitable fittings then looked up the manufacturer on amazon and the same set is £100 less. very disappointed.
