Good customer service
I ordered a sliding door mechanism but unfortunately was unable to find a compatible door, so it had to be returned. No issues with the product, which was of good quality. I had initially taken issue with the costs of returning the product and re-stocking, but the customer service team were very helpful and attentive in rectifying this promptly and with care. Friendly and helpful staff. Ultimately if were found a compatible door, we would have kept the product.

Good product, good at understanding of needs. If doing bespoke then you should the weight of panels and thickness dimensions.

Good system, just needs better fitting instructions
Arrive within time scale, but fitting instructions were very poor. I did contact the company & they were more than happy to help my kitchen fitter, but he didn’t want their support, so just hope it’s fitted ok.
