Worst experience. I ordered a LV shoes and received a duplicate one. It was ordinary and defective which damaged in a single use. They will not even reply to any complaint. So don't buy from them.

Navya from “runway catalog” is a scam. I ordered an LV belt but no delivery timeline nothing. First they take 2-3 days to respond even to a single message and then stopped replying completely. Scam website, fake products dont trsut at all!

do not use this company! They sent me the wrong product and refuse to give me a refund. They sent me a return label for store credit (gee, thanks) but I couldnt send it their arbitrary 7 day allotted time so they are refusing to send me another one. Complete scam

I received my bag super fast! Looks great but it is definitely not the genuine product! It came in a dust-bag, no authentication card or branded box. Fake tag with a QR code which i scanned and it was not recognised.
Cant return as it will cost me £108!!

Excellent service, reasonable costs, timely deliveries, and excellent customer support, specially Navya takes care of my orders. The majority of the product descriptions, particularly for apparel, are the only negative aspects.But before I buy something, I always do my research and give it a lot of thought.
