We purchased 3,000 custom plastic bags featuring a full-side design. The quality of the bag is great and my print came out as intended. One small note, that the proof looked different from my final product. The bag was a different colour and the imprint colours looked different in the proof they sent.

Ordered bags for an event, did not come on time complete useless and shady sales representatives that are not transparent about delivery date and a complete money grab. Told the representative we needed it by a certain date multiple times, should have been told it would not arrive in time despite a month in advance order date. Save yourself disappointment and don't order here.

The bags aren’t even screen printed they use heat transfer which is super cheap and can be done at home. Website states satisfaction guarantee and no hidden fees but I just noticed a 0.99$ charge on top of the base price ($3.69) for something called run charge that i was not aware of.

I work for a not-for-profit and I placed an order for 300 Heart Shaped Stress Balls, only to get an email following my CONFIRMATION EMAIL that they were out of stock until the end of the month with no guarantee when the product would show up, and then gave me a link to a different website I could order from instead. The only reason I'm rating two stars instead of one is the customer service afterwards was great, they cancelled my order right away, and I'm just waiting to see if we get charged and refunded or not charged at all. Plus, the tax didn't show up on my order until AFTER it was already placed, and the discount code I tried to use showed up before placing the order but not on the invoice. Spend a little more money and support local businesses/use Vistaprint - at least you know what you're getting into!
