This is nothing more than an american…
This is nothing more than an american drop-shipper. Their website would lead you to believe that the products are printed in Canada. They just ship to their own location first, then drop ship locally from there. Sure, no customs, but this is not a Canadian company.
"Ships from Richmond Hill" = produced in the USA, shipped to Canada, then reshipped to you. Enjoy the delays.

For products not made in CA, we do ship them to another location in Canada, then to the customer. However, we are partnering with more and more CA based manufacturers which allow us to offer very quick rush turnarounds and minimal delays.
