Overall very good, with one caveat this time.
Like my previous experience in 2018, they were great for: easy to contact and design the brande product, they make sure you approve the proof before doing the job, turnaround time for sending the order and getting the proof for approval is fast, you get the product rapidly.
Only one negative comment this year. I ordered 1500 pens. In 2018 they were shipped in boxes of about 138 pens each. Really nice. Those were easy to carry at events. This time they sent the pens in two huge boxes of 750 each which are too bulky to easily carry Not so good. I will have to transfer all the pens myself by hand in smaller boxes each time I go to an event. That is time I could have used better for more important tasks.

Ordered personalized cups for my wedding. The design they created was exactly what I was looking for and it was easy talking to the designer. When they delivered the product I was surprised to find alot of the cups smudged and subpar. The cup was smaller then anticipated also. I was offered to have then reprinted but they would have cut it close with shipping them out. For the price we were surprised that the quality wasn't there. Too bad since we had gotten off to such a great start
