RushPassport is an absolute blessing.

My father, who lives in England, was taken into the hospital and I needed to get there as soon as possible. When I went to book my ticket I realized that my passport had expired. I didn't have time to wait for a standard renewal.

I needed a short medical document to be translated into Spanish. I contacted the company through Yelp and they were the first to respond. They told me exactly how much it would cost and when the document would be ready. Although I did not compare their pricing with other companies who responded later, I thought the price was reasonable and received the document within promised time.

Painless, incredibly quick, friendly staff. Roman and his team made this otherwise possibly excruciating bureaucratic red tape nonsense feel easy and 100% stress-free. I was unsure of which passport agency to visit, but with weekend hours I decided to go with Rush Passport. I was having a terrible bad luck kind of day and I knew I wouldn't make it to their office before they closed at 2pm, so I called Roman and he offered to wait for me until I arrived- ended up being 1:57 or something ridiculous. They were kind, lightning fast, never made a stink about staying late, and I was out the door by 2:18. This rare customer service really turned my whole day around. Had my passport in hand 4 days later. Such professionals. Highly recommend!!!

I can’t say enough or give adequate praise to the entire staff. I was worried about not having enough I.D. Verification and am traveling to Europe in two weeks. very fast and the main guy was very well educated in the field. I was very nervous getting my passport in such short notice but his calm and honest attitude calmed me down. He also walked me through every steps of the process which was very helpful. I was in NYC then asked them to deliver it to my residence in other state, it arrived a day EARLY. Again, thank you very much and I will recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their passport.

3.5 stars! Good service! Still in shock at the prices but they get your passport done, as advertised!! The kind staff was able to guide me through my shock!! The USPS staff at the main post office was able to catch the missed errors of "no blue pens, black only" and he copied the back of one of my IDs, as required. If you're in a pinch, they will help you!!

As many are when they realize their passport is expiring and they are traveling in the NEXT WEEK (!) - I was in a panic. Rush Passport was AMAZING. They responded to my Sat night call.
