OMG. There may be other services to use- but not many, and why bother?!? If it’s an emergency, and you can’t use the official passport agency for any reason, use RushPassport! I awoke on a Sunday morning, a bit more than 48-hrs from a 3-week, multi-country trip to realize I didn’t have the recommended 6-months remaining on my passport before expiration. I couldn’t get a required appt at the passport agency for Monday (or even Tuesday), and the one other expediter I found through my extensive online research said they couldn’t turn it around in a day. I was SOOOOO skeptical of RushPassport and they quoted nearly 50% more than what I was seeing online elsewhere, but it was the only place I actually got to speak with a human being, later in the day even getting a call from the owner (whose name matched what I had seen in the NYC Chamber of Commerce listing) when I voiced concerns about sending certain materials via email. He met me at their office 630am Monday morning. I handed over all the materials, a bunch of cash (only required for 1-day turnaround), everything was professional and in order, signed celeb photos & thank you’d fill the office walls, and they texted status updates every step of the way. Everything was on-track, my nerves calmed, until 345pm when I got the call- not the one saying pick up your passport at 5pm, but This: “your photos were rejected because they’re too old”.... I went in, met the other co-owner who personally took my new pictures, and then we repeated the next day...I was .charged only for the photos and the overnight shipping to where I’d be flying from... I fly in 5 hours and my new passport just arrived! I am SOOOOOO relieved and soooooo thankful to Roman, Sam, Kim and the rest of this non-nonsense, get-s-done NYC team!!! THANK YOU for saving my trip!
