I love my range hood.
Hiwever, the charcoal filters however are a joke. Little peices of charcoal stuffed in a plastic cavity doesn't cut it.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.

Customer service is lacking. I called and was on hold for a long time so opted to get a call back which never happened. I emailed twice with no response the first time. Finally I got a response.
