My suggestion is to provide dimensions of all items in an order when client is sharing with another vendor. Thinking ahead of what the client wants.
I have already shared Zline information with my friends.

Customer service could be better …
Let me star off by saying that the stove is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased a ZLINE Autograph Edition package bundle with a range hood dishwasher and a pot filler. My problem is with customer service, I was unaware of the back order for the pot filler, I got the wrong finish color, and my grill still has not come. I called sent emails all I got was the run around. I'm hopeful to get everything b4 "Thanksgiving"

The kitchen faucet was just what we were looking and looks great. However I deducted 1 star because you wouldn’t ship direct to Hawaii. So I had to arrange alternate shipping.

Tyson did a nice job had a good product knowledge and was able to close the deal and sell us a 48 inch range right there on the spot. He did a great job also sold the entire line for the whole kitchen. The refrigerators were not compelling as we want a 33 inch refrigerator and a 33 inch freezer side-by-side built-in and we want fisher Pagel drawer style dishwashers.

Best customer service and price!
We are building an house and Alex at Rustic Kitchen and Bath was very helpful, prompt in answering every question, and gave us the lowest competitive price of anyone out there for our beautiful Zline kitchen appliances. We haven’t installed them yet, but I’m confident that if any problems arise with the appliances Alex will make it right. Would buy again hands down!
