Scam Fraudulent website on Facebook …
Scam Fraudulent website advertising jewelry sale on Facebook under the disguise of poor, old Ruth closing her jewelry studio.
You’ll get an email after they charge your cc with a YUN- express tracking number that is also a big fat phishing scheme designed to collect more of your personal information.
Initiated a chargeback w VISA, buyer beware!!
Ruth's Gems is fraudulent…
purchased on line through Facebook ad from Ruth's Gems then saw merchandise was being shipped from China, read google reviews and see it is fraudulent. if this happened to you too, please dispute the charge and hopefully will receive a refund.

Scam! False advertising. Cheaply made and broken. You have to pay for returning pieces with no guarantee you will get a refund. Don’t buggy from them!
I was taken-in by this scam "jewelry"…
I was taken-in by this scam "jewelry" company. Yesterday I purchased a pair of her lovely looking earrings for $22.00, supposedly regularly $79,believing that it was a legitimate purchase. This was yesterday. Today I noticed on Facebook at least 2 other companies selling the same junk jewelry for even less than Ruth. Buyer beware.
Me too $125 lost DISGUSTED
Fake company and fake number- do not buy anything
this is a fake company as everyone else said. I should've checked here first. If you put this on your credit card, call when it posts and dispute the claim so you can get the charge reversed. Nice little scam they've created here. It's apparently so easy now to set a fake site like this and rip off people. Ugh. I just called my card company right after and will be getting the charge reversed but will need to be cautious that they don't use the credit card number. Do not buy from this fake outfit.
Ordered over $100 of jewelry through…
Ordered over $100 of jewelry through Shop.com and there is no record anywhere. The number and email are fake.
Just a scam.
Jewelry is absolute junk
Jewelry is absolute junk! They won’t respond to their email address, and their phone number is not a good number. I’ve seen higher quality jewelry from a gum ball machine. BBB ought to shut this scam down but it isn’t even in the US. LESSON LEARNED….DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
Scam, all fake
Cheap, fake jewelry. Not stone, plastic, made and shipped from China. This is a scam. Also not 925.
Buyer Beware
Facebook ad claimed to be a jewelry designer in Arizona selling off her business. Everything on sale.
Cheap AliExpress type jewelry, poorly made, shipped from China. No returns for sale items.
Webpage in not in the United States, so she's not in Arizona. Not a jewelry designer, products were poorly made and came from China.
Agree with other reviewers
Agree with other reviewers. Came up on Instagram as craft person named "Ruth" who was retiring and selling jewelry at a discount. Received the cheapest garbage jewelry. I feel scammed but I guess my fault for falling for such crap.
Ruth's jewelry is a scam
Ruth's jewelry is a scam.
The cheap pieces of "jewelry" are not worth more than 2-5$ and they are not even a real replica of the photos from the website . They are not located in Arizona they are in Mainland China. The "torques" is just splash of paint over cheap material representing "gold-plated" silver; "moonstone" and "pearl" looks the same. Jewelry is not made of 925 silver as advertised, there is no single piece of jewelry with the stamp on it. Total scam. Total Rubbish. Should be rated zero
Ruth’s Gems is dishonest in their…
Ruth’s Gems is dishonest in their information and products. The jewelry is of low quality and made in China. Delivery was delayed and came from China not here in the US as they state they are located. Do not buy these products.
Ruths-gems a scam
This site claims to be an individual jewelry designer in Arizona offering discounted jewelry because she is closing up shop after 20 years. The phone number is disconnected and the jewelry is being shipped from China. Unfortunately I placed an order and have not yet received it yet but am not expecting quality.
