Great app with great features! I’m in love with it as it is very easy and quick to book a great services with professionals! Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great every time. Different from all the other apps as you get to see a picture of your professional beforehand and specifically their previous work as well as reviews from others.

I’ve used this App multiple times over the past few years and most of the time especially this past year it has been very disappointing experience to say the least! Several times now (including today) when I’ve had either a facial or massage booked they have called on the day to cancel?! So at least half the time! Some of the treatments have not been great especially massages. Also I left a 3 star review for one of the last therapists I had who was not great not very experienced and my review has not even gone on the APP?! And when I look at all the therapists reviews every single one is 5 star?! So basically they are not letting people add real reviews obviously?! Ive decided won’t be using them ever again now!

Love Ruby! I’ve had lots of different treatments and always go back to them. The beauticians are always polite and friendly.

I’ve used Ruby now a few times for blow dries and up do’s. Honestly the hairdressers have been phenomenal, they are experienced and listen to every aspect of what you ask for. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Fantastic service

I’ve used Ruuby a few times for various services (massage, pedicure etc) and was never disappointed.
The therapists are always professional, on time and most importantly provide a high standard of service.
There’s nothing better than getting a massage at home - if you havent tried it, do so immediately!!!!

Been using Ruuby for a while and have always had such positive experiences. Brilliant manis and pedis, fantastic fake lashes. I’m a huge huge huge fan and even got my husband to have a mans pedicure! He loves it and was really impressed.

I am such a fan of Ruuby, in particular the Sturm Facials with the wonderful Nicky. The quality of service Ruuby offer (both from the customer service team and therapists) is exceptional. I can't recommend them more highly.

As a mother trying to find the time for an appointment is so hard but when it’s in the comfort of your own home it definitely makes it’s a lot easier.

I’ve been using Ruuby for years and am always impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the therapists. The concierge service is an excellent option for when you can’t find what you are looking for or need to make changes to your appointment.

Had a wonderful pedicure with Charlie. Super relaxing, and spa like from my sofa!
