RV Part Shop USA Avis 

The item I purchased was on backorder. I requested a refund after 3 weeks. I was given the run around and still haven't gotten a refund. Terrible way to do business.

We were able to find what we needed without difficulty and was delivered in a timely manner.
One suggestion - better tracking would be helpful.

The folks were terrific and very helpful. Unfortunately, the plastic container with a gallon of roof paint arrived, twice, opened and spilled.

Order came as described worked as it should. Delivery was fast. Would order from them again.

The technician I spoke to had the technical knowledge of products and application. He was able to answer all my questions & you had the product in stock.

Took a couple weeks to get but I do live in Alaska.. the packaging was not great and the glass shelf has chips on corner and side.. could have been packed better and the usps bent to corner of package, so probably why it chipped… other wise ok but I ordered it because my other shelf was chipped.. now I have 2 chipped shelves.. lol

Placed order online. I was called before part was mailed to be sure that the correct one was shipped. Price was a lot cheaper than others we found online.

Was listed in stock, when ordered was told not in stock and on backorder. 3 weeks later still no part. Cancelled order and waiting on refund.

Honest and up front about not knowing when the part would come in. Ended up arriving much sooner than we thought. The awning cap is a common and simple piece, yet many charge way more than RV part shop. Shipping was way more than it should have been (only reason for 4 stars). Still, it was the best deal and quick delivery of an ordered part.

Just the part I needed for my Lance. Prompt service and the part arrived in excellent condition. THANK YOU. Lance has been difficult to get needed parts. Excellent job

I have no idea about how you deal with your own customers, but you are really annoying me with these constant emails.

You allowed my order to be placed for an item that you could not deliver. I quoted this repair to my customer then had to tell them that the repair could not be done because you canceled my order. Very poor service and I will not use your company ever again

Very helpful after I ordered a wrong part and needed to order the correct part and return the incorrect.

The part I ordered was for the fridge, however, I have an older model of this fridge. This part didn’t work for my application.

I had a lot of trouble finding the obscure little plumbing part I needed. These folks not only had it, but delivered quickly for a decent price. Thank you!
