Following my negative review of my experience with Rynx in December 2025, Rynx was in touch to ‘resolve the problem as quickly as possible’. Customer Service is a scam. I keep getting similarly worded letters from an array of different names under the ‘Customer Service’ heading. I don’t think these people exist. I have asked for an explanation as to why they were going against their own returns policy and Australian Consumer laws. This is ignored. I have asked for the matter to be referred to their legal department. This is ignored. I have asked for the email address of its supposed parent company. This is ignored. Rynx Australia will be pleased to know that they have ground me down and they won’t be hearing from me again. But there is a principle at stake and I have now referred my complaint to the ACCC for their records. I urge anyone else that is having problems do likewise. I have the postal address for the parent company and certainly intend letting them know what a shoddy operation their Australian franchise is.

I still have NO ideal as to when I will receive My B/P cuff I ordered on Feb 18?
As of today March 1st Remxn has not given me a product arrival date, Just soon!
RyMax will or cannot give me a Shipping Company so I can track the package, even though I have asked 3 times.
I sure would have ordered. from Amazon or Ebay if I had any Ideal would take so long and Company, RyMax would be so non-responsive to my requests via their Customer support.

Rynx glasses are rubbish.
The first item had mag 1xlenses that were almost impossible to see thru, and I tested with several friends.
Rynx offered a discount and said they'd pay special attention to the quality. What a joke, they were similarly unusable.
They manipulated the refund process instead of bearing the return postage cost.
Its not worth dealing with this mob the two items are received are worthless and I found dealing with Rynx annoying and frustrating.
I do NOT RECOMMEND.
BEWARE AND DON'T GET SUCKED IN.
Update 3 Jan 2026: having seen this review Rynx provided a full refund and said they were updating their quality process.
If you like their designs perhaps give them a chance but make sure you retain all your proof of payment and any email records.

Easy to order, good quality product, happy to use again

Brilliant product at a great price. Online ordering was seamless and efficient

I have probably an unusual experience, I did not receive my product due to it being discontinued but did receive credit for more than purchasing price to use so was happy with that.

Items described on their website are completely different. I received magnetic balls for $50 totally different. It took almost month, t
heir website indicates easy returns but when I contacted their team they advised it will cost me between $20- $80 to return the item plus custom charges. Thanks to PayPal who returned my money. Scammers

Rynx took my money but never intended to ship anything. I ordered a “15U server rack” and quickly realized Rynx never had any stock to begin with.

They stalled (“processed for shipment” with no tracking), then offered a store gift card instead of a refund, and removed the product page after my purchase.

Their details are inconsistent (Netherlands company, Hong Kong mentions, .com.au domain).

PayPal refunded me. In my view, this site has no inventory—don’t risk it.

This store is a total scam. I ordered a product and received confirmation it was in transit. It has been almost 2 months and it has not arrived. I contacted the support team and now just get AI generated emails advising they cannot locate my item. I receive these every few days but no further resolution. Company says it’s Australia based but items are coming from China and obviously they cannot track them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY is a total disgrace...criminal in fact! I ordered bedside lamps, paid by PayPal.i had to send two emails before I got a respond because it had been so long since I ordered them. They said the lamps were on their way. A few days later I got another email saying they were not in stock so I was being sent a gift card to purchase something else. I chose different lamps and a week later got an email that said they were no longer in stock.
I then asked for my money back and they replied that because I used their gift card offer, I could only choose something else and they would not refund my original money. What a scam......I am taking them to consumer affairs

Thought I was purchasing an AirTag tracking collar for my cat. Literally says that in the description:

I got a cat collar with no tracker, for the price I paid, wtf. Scam website don’t trust.

Ordered and paid for car roof rack bars on 27th may 25 and received confirmation of order from Velora ,parent co ? .. Since then emails keep bouncing back as unable to deliver ... Website was taken down probably after they scammed enough of us ... Have reported to ACCC but no reply to date ...

I ordered a kettle over a month ago . They still haven’t posted it . I have asked for a refund and they have told me to be patient and they will sort it out 3 times . I will be reporting your company to scam watch . Then leave colourful negative reviews on google . I won’t stop until you are shut down . No one steals from me . I’m giving you 24 hours to refund my purchase or post my item yet. I’m over your bull shit .

Would give negative stars. Saw some champagne flutes that looked similar to a set I already had. Did not say they were glass and do not look anything like the photo. Have just purchased 4 plastic glass for AUD$ 30....

Terrible scam company, make themselves look like an au company everything ships from china be prepared for an extensive wait for your purchases that is if you get them at all.

RYNX advertises "one-of-a-kind" Waldorf Dolls, combining craftsmanship and creativity, meticulously hand crafted by skilled doll artists. Dolls are even pictured in the boxes showing the name of the original artist Evgeniya Elizarova. The dolls arrive in basic plastic wrapping, NOT the attractive box packaging pictured on the website. This is complete marketing deception! The dolls supplied are cheap, shoddy, factory produced copies, NOT THE REAL ELIZAROVA DOLLS. Rynx is supposedly a "cutting-edge sound technology" company registered in the Netherlands. Rynx has an Australian website address - Rynx.com.au - and pretends to be shipping from Australia. This is a CHINESE company! Everything on the website is deceptive marketing! They offer returns on the website. However, NOT REFUNDS just credit vouchers in practice! Their returns policy is completely unacceptable. They want items returned to CHINA when they arrived in shoddy AUSTRALIA POST packaging.
