Great customer service! Poojan helped me take care of the issue I was having in minutes. Gave her the reference number and she was able to take care of the import issue I have having. No fuss, just quick results!

Saasant went from Great to Garbage!
I have used saasant since 2016. Thats 10 years of service.
I have been on their legacy plan for years only paying $90/year.
Since trying to upgrade my services to their AUTOMATIONS susbscription its been nothing but a complete nightmare.
They have charged me $1900 USD for services that dont even work, their billing system is broken and forced me to upgrade to a higher tier pricing then i wanted to as it showed I was already on a plan that I actually wasnt.
Ive been fighting with their Tier2 and Billing Team now for months.
Im tired of this, i just want my legacy plan back where I do the imports myself.
