Customer service was great! Gurubalan was super helpful and patient in helping me change to a different subscription level that better fit our company needs.

The software wasn't exactly what I needed. After playing with it a month, I decided it was overkill for my needs. Cancelling was simple and straightforward, and Vigasini K, my online assistant, made cancelling easy. I appreciate a company that stands by their product and knows it's not the right solution for everyone.

Understood What I Needed

My situation was a bit unique. Rather than continue to provide the traditional responses, the person I worked with understood "the logic" of my request and then proceeded to help make the "logic" fall into place. He immeidately knew the best path forward so time was not wasted. I am very appreciative that I was not treated like another AI/Bot. thank you.
