Unethical billing —zero loyalty to a 4-year customer

I am extremely disappointed with SaasAnt. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. My credit card expired, which caused my automated renewal payment to fail, and my account was canceled. When I reached out to customer support to update my payment info and reinstate my $90/year Launch plan, I was told the plan is a "legacy" tier and cannot be reactivated and I'd have to subscribe to $250/year.

They have my phone number, they could have called me. What a way to force loyal customers into paying 178% more.

I only use this software once a month. I cannot justify and will not pay for their more expensive current tiers. Support claimed they "don't have the ability" to make an exception. Management absolutely has the power to honor pricing for a 4-year client, but they chose to hide behind automated system rules instead. Treating long-term clients this way over an expired card is an absolute shame.
