I had extended my Importer Desktop license early, just to be told, the license activation starts at the time of purchase and could not extend my current license, which ends mid-November.
I contacted support about this issue and was trading several e-mails with Pooja from the support team. He checked with the billing department and some other tech. support people that helped me with a similar problem about 3 years ago.
Even though it took a few days my current license got extended by another 3 years.
I am very happy with the support I got from Pooja, with his help to get my issue resolved.
I sure like the Saasant desktop importer, as it has the most functionality of several other exporters I had used before.

Freaking terrible service. We used SaasAnt for one project because it was presented to us as a one time purchase. We never even used 10% of the credits we paid for. Then a second month got charged to our card with no warning, no notification, no reminder email. Nothing.
Here is the part that should worry anyone considering this software. We had already cancelled. Not a single credit was consumed on the new cycle. We had not logged into the account in over three weeks. We contacted them within 5 minutes of seeing the charge. Their answer was to hide behind a non-refundable policy and a renewal notice we never received.
They can see the usage logs. They can see the login history. They can see the cancellation. They chose to keep the money anyway. That is not a policy, that is a trap, and it is scam behavior in everything but name. Twenty five dollars taken from a customer who used nothing, over Stripe, after cancelling. Whatever they think they gained from that, they have lost far more.
BE CAREFUL if you are doing business with these people. Watch your card statements, screenshot everything, and assume that anything described as a one time purchase will quietly turn into a recurring charge. There are other QuickBooks import tools that do not need to squeeze customers like this.

I noticed a debit running from SaasAnt on our account but we no longer use the software. When I logged in, I could not go into any settings without connecting the old Quickbooks account. I reconnected and immediately cancelled within 2 minutes. I then requested a refund and they denied it due to that fact that I reconnected the software. I should be able to cancel the account without being forced to reconnect and therefore lose my refund. Either this is an oversight or by design. Either way, unacceptable. Zero refund when we cancelled the next day the debit came off and paid upfront for a year.

Pooja was very attentive and understanding of what our needs were. She offered to connect and share screen to help us be clear of the path forward.

Overall great. When I had a hard time solving an issue, Shobika helped from start to finish to solve it over the course of several days. She was great.

On the rare occasion that I have an issue in SASSANT, they always help me and fix the problem. They're very patient, and persistent in providing help. I think they're great and I love them.
