Needed help with importing minimum pricing
Needed help with importing pricing as it shows on our tickets and not importing correctly, Shobika assisted and gave a good option in doing separate batches for certain tickets that require special pricing/minimum.
I will use this option next time I invoice.

Their product was a perfect solution for us for uploading large Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in QuickBooks, using Excel spreadsheets. We are very grateful to have found them. I was experiencing an error uploading purchase orders 6 months later and was able to Live Chat with a tech (Vigasini K) who was able to help me and get me back working within minutes! In the chat, I was able to share screen shots and diagnose the problem right away. Extremely helpful! Thanks Vigasini K!
