This is a brilliant piece of software…

This is a brilliant piece of software and saves so much time and automates all of my eBay and Amazon transactions.

I had some little problems and the advisor called Vijayakumar S was so very helpful and kind. I am very thankful to Vijayakumar S for his help.

I recommend this company to everyone.

charge for two subscriptions instead of an upgrade

I was referred by quickbooks as a way to import data. I subscribed to the initial plan and ran into several errors. I upgrade and was charged the full amount instead of the difference (this is within an hour) and continued to have issues and told that I was again out of 'credits'. I was able to find an easy, FREE workaround. I cancelled the subscription but there is no refund and I paid for two different subscriptions neither of which worked as promised. It is not normal business to charge separately instead of upgrading a plan - within an hour

Self agrandizing customer surveys are useless.

I'm afraid that I find these corporate ratings meaningless. Unless five stars are awarded, I find most employees get a rip. Truth is that 99.44% of all customer service is average (3 star rating). I see most of these efforts as a corporate attempt to pat themselves on the back rather than an attempt at real improvement of their service.
