BAD SERVICE AND SNEAKY WAYS TO CHARGE MORE
UPDATE: THEY RENEGED ON THEIR AGREED UPON SOLUTION, I DISCONTINUED SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY.
I was very upset with the fact that our plan was cancelled out of nowhere and then we were initially told someone on our end did it and that our old plan was retired so we would have to renew at a more expensive rate, however the support rep was great at resolving this issue in a timely manner and correcting this to honor our previous plan and pricing. The rep was understanding and very helpful. Great customer support and all my concerns resolved in the end :)
