Great experience with Safar E Kaaba. Brother Shahzaib done very well with everything.

I had a telelphibe conversation with Shahzaib And Company agent name was Safar-e-Kaaba.
“He was exceptionally polite and consistently considerate of our budget throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to help us arrange a suitable Umrah package. He genuinely made every effort to secure an excellent offer for us, and his professionalism, patience, and customer‑focused approach made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I will definitely use his services again in the future and will be recommending him to others, as he is truly a reliable and highly professional individual.”

I received the best customer service from Sarah. I would like to thank her.

Great service. We were talking to Adnan and he was very understanding, kind and really helpful.

Shahzaib gave us excellent customer service. He was very helpful and determined.Thank you for your patience and support.

My overall experience with Safar E Kaaba was excellent. From the very beginning until the end of my first journey to complete Umrah, Brother Adnan supported me throughout.

I made him aware that I would be travelling with my elderly mother and my autistic child, and that I had never travelled to Makkah or Madinah before, so I was unsure which hotels were closest to the Haram in Makkah and Masjid-e-Nabwi in Madinah. Adnan reassured me and booked the most reasonably priced hotels, ensuring they were as close as possible to both holy mosques.

The package included airport transfers, hotel accommodation with breakfast, transport, and visa, all arranged seamlessly. Adnan made the entire booking process simple and stress-free, and he stayed in contact throughout the journey to make sure I wasn’t facing any issues.

I would definitely recommend Safar E Kaaba, and that is entirely because of Brother Adnan’s dedication, patience, and support. Thank you so much for all your help and for making my first Umrah experience truly memorable.
