My experience with Safar E Kaaba was excellent. Brother Adnan was extremely helpful and ensured that our trip was running smoothly from start to finish. He also made sure to take extra care as my parents who have mobility issues were travelling with us, and made sure that everything was manageable. He was also kind enough to upgrade us from a 3 star hotel to 4 star. Many thanks to Safaar E Kaaba, I definitely recommend them!

Having to write a review so other people do not suffer like we did. I originally left tge company to find a package for us, flights, hotel and transfer. They did so, and an agreement was made, couple days later i decided to upgrade the hotels in both Makkah and Medina. And paid almost £600 extra to fufill this option. Fast forward we arrived at jeddeh airport to find no transport was waiting for us, waited an hour and half for somone to show up. I was absolutely fuming to be told we (the passengers) are ment to contact them 24hours prior. Allhumdulilah i have managed to travel to a few countries with transfer options and i have never contacted them prior. Thats your job as the travel AGENT.
Anyway thought that was going to be the downfall but 3 days later we reached to Medina to my chosen hotel. Only to be told we had no reservation what so ever.... called the agents, to be told the 'HOTEL' had changed our stay to a different one across the road...what an absolute LIE. I have a recording of the lady confirming this is not TRUE AT ALL. This travel agent is am absolute disgrace in my opinion. I had to raise my voice to be heard and had to plead for a refund for the hotel. Only a partial refund was given. But my first time experience to our Holy land was runied by this company... PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

I honestly don’t know where to begin when it comes to praising Safar e Kaaba. We booked a package for 16 people almost seven months in advance, and naturally, we were a little anxious — managing such a large group is never easy. It was also our first time using Safar e Kaaba, so we had a few uncertainties. However, from start to finish, their service far exceeded our expectations.

Even after we had confirmed our booking, their responsiveness remained exceptional. They never once made us feel as though their customer service quality had dropped once they had secured our business — something that’s unfortunately common with many companies. In fact, their team was consistently polite, patient and extremely helpful with every question I asked (and there were many!). Their professionalism and care were truly commendable.

As someone who carries out extensive research before committing to any company, I was initially sceptical when I saw that Safar e Kaaba had almost all five-star reviews. It seemed too good to be true — until I experienced their service myself. Every interaction confirmed that the praise was completely justified. They made the entire process simple and stress-free, and every query I had was handled promptly and thoroughly. I have absolutely no complaints about their customer service whatsoever. I specifically spoke with Mahir and Ahmad.

We are originally from Bangladesh, and many of our relatives advised us to stick with our usual Bangladeshi tour providers. But I decided to try something different this time — and I’m so glad I did. Safar e Kaaba provided us with a bespoke package tailored perfectly to our needs, offering the best prices, excellent hotel locations, and a private coach for our group wherever we needed to go. Every aspect of their planning was faultless.

There was a last-minute change with our 5-star Clock Tower hotel as rooms were no longer available, but even that was handled brilliantly. We were automatically upgraded to another 5-star hotel that was even closer to the Haram — and all four of our rooms came with complimentary Haram views. It was far beyond what we had expected.

As the main organiser for our group, I can confidently say that every one of us was completely satisfied. I’ll be encouraging the rest of the group to share their own experiences as well.

May Allah grant Safar e Kaaba continued success in this world, and may He bless their entire team in the Hereafter. They turned what could have been a stressful journey into a truly blessed and memorable experience. I’ve already recommended them to several people — and I’ll continue to do so without hesitation.
