Thanks for the Wonderful package, the first for us after 14 years. The whole process was easy and provided all the info we needed to feel comfortable booking this trip .Everything went perfectly smoothly , the local operators were very organised and easy to communicate with also. Can't wait to book our next trip to Umrah.
Highly recommend this service. We especially liked the updates from Shahzaib received before and during our trip.

I booked my Umrah Trip via Safar E Kaaba and it’s been an outstanding experience. The package included flight, e-visa, transport and hotels.
I communicated with brother Shahzaib who tailored the Umrah package according to my needs. Brother Shahzaib was very clear and informative throughout my Umrah journey to Makkah and Madinah. The price provided for the whole package was very competitive. Well done Safar E Kaaba

Adnan provided me good service

Excellent service provided by Ammar - he was super on it and ready to help throughout the whole process.

Even thought I did not book the Umrah via them but they have a quite good following up with the clients to check and recommend the best options. Thanks to Mr Hassaan Ghani for his kind efforts to meet our requirements.

Adnans customer service is really good.

Great company to book with. They kept reassuring me everything will be done smoothly and not to worry. Everything was done perfectly and can not find a single complaint! The transport was always on time and no matter the time I always got a fast reply. Brother Ammar dealt with me and he was amazing! Always replied on time and would definitely definitely book with him again. The price was also very good for the trip!

Enquired on a holiday with a chap called Adnan very polite and friendly didn’t push me into booking anything. Will definitely use safar E Kaaba again was recommended by a friend.

I have come across Safar E Kaaba on instagram so I reached out to them to find my parents a good deal for umrah. Brother Mahir has been amazing to find us the best deals. He has communicated clearly and in a friendly manner. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Allhumdulilah first time my family completed Umrah with Safar E kaaba and I am glad I chose the right company. Shazaib bhai was the one who dealt with us and he was very polite patient and understanding. Reassuring us that our first experience will be our best! And he was right. We had no issues at all Shazaib bhai or someone else from the team was available 24/7 through WhatsApp and call. Shazaib bhai kept on touch throughout our journey and until we returned. I will with out any doubt highly highly recommend Safar E kaaba. Please do use these guys you will not be disappointed.

I’m pleased to say the service with Safa e Kaba was amazing. We would recommend people to go with this company .

Ammar fantastic consultants spot on with multiple recommendations of hotels and is always active when responding back to messages

I have been umrah twice and my second umrah was for the first time with this company. I would like to say I had an amazing time all with the help of a good customer service provided by Adnan Bhai with this reputable company. Adnan bhai regularly checked up on us whilst we were there ensuring our journey went smoothly. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

I can only comment based on my experience with trying to find the perfect package. I filled the enquiry form then was contacted by Hassan Ghani. He asked my requirements and presented several package options based on my requirements. I was quite picky with my dates and package requirements and he handled it professionally and kept getting back to me promptly with a few options.

In the end due to changes in holiday dates etc, we decided not to book our trip just yet. However, Hassan was very professional and patient with me so I would be happy to book with him next time I am planning my umrah trip!

Customer service is very important to me and Hassan Ghani was brilliant so thank you.
